Background

We'll be producing multiple types of media in this class - while we started with post-production educational media, we will next be moving on to live production informational media. While you've got a powerful media production tool in your pocket every day (your cell phone!), you might not think of it that way! Use this activity today to learn the basic concepts behind your role as a
responsible, knowledgeable media producer.

First

View the "Elements of Electronic Media" slideshow on Google Drive:
https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1g-_UjmMefAjZXf6i1m3wGfmGb9jWm3HsYQ4OYadLsPc/

Fill out and respond to the items on the worksheet as you view the slideshow.
Next

Proceed to the Live vs. Post Production presentation at the following link.
https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1auYgRH766KyMhyKUdvp_vS9wBiqGAqA4xywdVHvypIM/edit?usp=sharing

Complete the notes on the second part of your worksheet, and read through the rest of the presentation to familiarize yourself with the live production stations.
