Individual: Editing Skills Assessment (20 pts.)
Assignment: "Gone in 60 Seconds"
Task: This pre-assessment for advanced media production requires you to edit a simple video ON YOUR OWN. This means every student will have their own workstation. You can use my website, your classmates, and any other online resources (such as Youtube). HOWEVER, you must complete the assignment yourself.
Choose a topic you want to tell others about, that you have pictures and/or video of. Your task is to submit a video no longer than 60 seconds long to the TV Dropbox that demonstrates the following skills:

- Manage personal media (via email, flash drive, etc.) on H: drive

- Sequence and cut clips in the timeline
- Add at least one picture and scale it (change size)
- Record and use a voice-over
- Add a music track that you have the rights to use
- Add at least one video transitions
- Add at least one video effect
- Add a title at the beginning
- Add a credit roll at the end (include music!)
- Correctly export the project as .avi to the TV Share
